Raised On Radio BIO

Raised on Radio has been rockin’ since 2009 and plays an eclectic mix of 80’s pop hits as well as other decades. Songs from bands like Journey, Pat Benatar, Huey Lewis, Joan Jett, Billy Joel, Blondie and Rick Springfield just to name a few. The band not only performs the fun pop hits of the 80’s and other surrounding decades. They LIVED the decades and played most of those songs when they first hit the charts! They had the big hair and wore the Miami Vice jackets. Well, most of the members did anyway.

Raised On Radio can entertain any crowd in any venue. From the smallest club to large music venues and even family friendly private or corporate events. Raised on Radio has played them all.

Is volume level important? 

Raised on Radio is a completely in ear band, meaning there are NO LIVE AMPS, MONITORS or ACOUSTIC DRUMS. Most bands must be as loud as the drums. Live music is usually very loud. Raised On Radio uses a state-of-the-art electronic drum set and other modeling amplifiers for the guitars allowing complete control over volume levels. Raised On Radio is one of the VERY FEW bands in Northwest Arkansas where virtually NO SOUND EMITS from the stage giving them COMPLETE control over the PA volume levels.
